Shipping information

Unless otherwise requested, item(s) will be shipped via:

1.  Interlink Express is our courier and provide a next working day service, however this is not guaranteed, order cut off time is 3PM.  In our experience 99% is delivered next day but sometimes due to many different reasons delivery may be delayed.  Please do not abuse our staff if your item is late.  We will endeavour to help you resolve any delivery issues you may have but please remember we are not the delivery company.

 

2.  Customers in Northern Ireland, The Highlands and Islands will usually have items despatched via Royal Mail Special delivery.

 

3.  All shipping within the EU and the Rest of the World will be sent International signed for, there will be an additional charge for international orders to cover this service.

Replacement and Refund Policy

We do our best to ensure that all products listed on our website are of good quality.  We will help the user to resolve any problems, through online email service or item replacement.

Before returning any product please email returns@talktomycar.co.uk giving details of the product affected, when it was purchased and the nature of the problem.  We will then instruct you to return the item(s).

Returned goods should be sent at a minimum of recorded delivery and insured for your own protection.  We will not accept any responsibility for item(s) lost in the post or damaged in transit.

When the affected item is received it will be checked for serviceability.  If the item is found to be not working a replacement will be sent.  If a replacement is not available then a refund will be offered.  If the item is found to be in working order the customer will be responsible for paying to have the item reshipped.  The customer is responsible for return postage in all cases.
