1. Plug the C Recorder into OBDII connector. Allow the customer drive the vehicle until the problem re-occurs. (common practice is to take a refundable deposit from your customer as security). When the problem re-occurs the C Recorder will capture the data, at this stage have the customer return to you at the earliest time of convenience.

2. Plug C Recorder into your PC or lap top with the cable provided
   Display vehicle data recorded.

3. Select vehicle OBDII & EOBD data files you require (data can be displayed graphically or tabulated) .

4. The data will allow you to diagnose the problem.
